Demonstrates how to use Jasmine 2.0's async support to unit-test a Promise-based function.

This is part of my presentation at Boston Code Camp 22, and is excerpted from the book, *Reliable JavaScript*, co-authored by Lawrence D. Spencer (yours truly) and Seth H. Richards, to be published by Wiley in the spring of 2015.
